The single biggest win has been visibility across functions. Before Sudozi, a software renewal at our company touched finance, IT, security review, and legal — and each team tracked it somewhere different. Requests lived in Slack threads and spreadsheets, and nobody could answer "where is this right now?" without pinging three people.

Sudozi gave us one intake point and one view of every request in flight. Budget owners can see committed vs. remaining spend without asking finance for a pull, and IT sees what's coming before it lands on them. Intake was straightforward to configure to our approval paths, and adoption across all teams took roughly 1 month— people actually use it, which is more than I can say for previous tools we tried to roll out. Back in January 2026, attaching vendor order forms to a record was fully manual — you'd submit via email, then re-key the terms, dates, and pricing into the fields by hand.

That said, the recent AI release that scans the order form and suggests field inputs has significantly accelerated the review.
