What do you like best about ZoneApprovals?

What I like most is how easy it is to set up approval flows without technical effort. I was able to create request forms and approval steps quickly and share them with the team without much explanation. The interface feels clean and focused which helps when approvals are coming from different people at the same time. What do you dislike about ZoneApprovals?

What problems is ZoneApprovals solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of untracked and scattered approvals that usually happen over email or chat. Earlier it was hard to know who approved what and when especially when multiple requests were active. Now everything is logged in one place and I can clearly see the status of each request.
