What do you dislike about ZONE3000?

Nothing major. The first stage took some time because they needed to understand our data, shipment flows, and internal processes. It required involvement from our side, but it made the final result much more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZONE3000 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before the project, our logistics work was harder to manage than it should have been. Inbound and outbound shipments were difficult to coordinate, and teams spent too much time checking statuses and manually following up. Also, reacting to delays after they had already happened.

After the platform was built, we got a much clearer view of our shipments and daily operations. It became easier to track delivery status, plan routes and resources, control shipping costs, and keep teams aligned.
