What problems is ZONE3000 solving and how is that benefiting you?

ZONE3000 helped us solve a very practical problem: planning production for 30 cafés more accurately. Before the project, we often had to guess how much ice cream, cakes, croissants, and other pastry each location would need. This led to waste in some cafés and stockouts in others. They built an AI forecasting tool that uses our sales, inventory, production, weather, and location data to give daily planning recommendations. As a result, we reduced food waste by 31%, lowered stockouts by 27%, and improved forecast accuracy from 68% to 86%.
