What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

What I like most about Zoho Recruit is how easy it makes it to manage the entire recruitment process in one place. The platform has a clean, user-friendly interface, strong applicant tracking features, customizable workflows, and helpful automation tools. It streamlines candidate sourcing, screening, communication, and hiring, while cutting down on the amount of manual work involved. What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

The main drawback is that some of the more advanced features and customization options can take a bit of time to learn and set up. For new users, the sheer number of settings and tools available may feel overwhelming at first.
