I really appreciate how easy Zoho Recruit is to use. It covers all aspects of my business and helps me manage my candidates and contacts in one place. The third-party tools that integrate with Zoho Recruit make me even more efficient. Their customer service is amazing, very responsive, and helpful, resolving issues quickly. The initial setup was extraordinarily easy and the customization options make it easy for my business to scale as it evolves. The pricing is also very fair and I love the many bolt-ons and modules Zoho offers, including background checking, telephony, social media, and more, which enhance the functionality. Overall, I find Zoho Recruit to be comprehensive, reliable, and efficient - it's a critical element in running our successful recruiting firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit? Nothing really. One of the functions that I would love to see added is the ability to make changes in a list view. For example, if I have a candidate list up and see that someone's title is not spelled properly, like 'manager' spelled as 'manger', I would love to be able to make that change from the list view screen, rather than having to click into the candidate's record and make the change there.
