First, even though it is zoho mail, it is not generic, meaning we are using our own brand name or company name, not like gmail or yahoo or other generic free email. It is a platform that not provides only email solutions but carries other great tools that really work for me and my officemates. I personally love the feature within email where I can save notes, yes, I stopped using drafts or similar work around since Notes or notepad like feature is available and it is with me anywhere I go, whatever I use so long as I am connected to the internet and I access my email thru zoho mail, I got it. And lastly, I super love the chat feature within email. In fact, we seldom use formal email already unless we are sending email and contents outside our group of organization. But when we try to email or reach people within our department, we often use the builtin chat within zoho mail, we love it! **What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?** Sorry to disappoint others, but so far there is nothing negative or something I don't like about zoho mail except maybe that it is not highly customizable, like changing colors of the email platform like most girls do hahhahhha. but for me it is not a big deal since I dont customized much. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Mail:** Stop using generic, free email like yahoo or gmail and the likes. There is Zoho Mail! Stand out from the crowd and be as professional and look big like others carrying their brand name or company name on their email addresses. However, with Zoho that is not the case so it is more convenient, don't have to wait to send a mail through laptop anymore. Secondly I got it free, since my brother is a developer he managed to get me the ID without paying anything, so a service which is free and works well is music to my ears.. **What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?** Although they have made everything good, but not perfect. The application does not offers many features such as highlighting anything, like background colour or text color, it doesn't even have option of underlying, so you can imagine. They have good mobile and web apps for checking your mail. In addition, they have a good admin app that you can easily create new emails, reset passwords, etc. for all your employee email addresses. **What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?** On the free plan, they basically force you to use their email clients to check your mail. You are not able to log in and check your email using Gmail, for example. This used to be a bigger problem when their web and mobile apps were not very good, but in the past year, I have seen great improvement to a level where I genuinely enjoy using the clients. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Mail:** Give their apps a real try, even if you tried them before in the past. There are lots of ways to access team calendars as well as to organize your email so that filters are flowing correctly. I also like that it is an "out there" type platform that not many people tend to use. It makes it more interesting to learn and gives you a bit of a thrill (of sorts) to navigate through it. Out of all of it's properties, I think this is what they have down pat the best. It is beneficial for teams to work on and to have details on projects, deadlines, etc. However I don't think it is necessarily worth it compared to other platforms, even though the calendar portion is quite nice. Something else I have solved with Zoho Mail is the ability to navigate through a mail platform that is not used as heavily as others, say Gmail or YahooMail or Outlook. It makes you think and makes you understand more diverse ways of utilizing different platforms in order to best understand your way with technology. I used to use Zoho with a company I worked for in the past, now I just have my own account which I haven't used as much as I did when I worked for the other company but for personal use I think it's unneccesary. ### 30. Even the premium version with more storage is in comparision quite cheap. The client has a nice ui and is easy to use. Employees found it really easy to switch from outlook to zoho mail. **What problems is Zoho Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** We did not wanted a Microsoft or Google mail client so we stumbled upon zoho mail.
