What do you like best about Zoho Learn?

With Zoho Wiki, our teams can create multiple pages for content development. Zoho Wiki is easily scalable, and there is enough storage available for our content. There is also a live chat option so that anyone accessing the wiki page can communicate with others for advice or collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Learn?

The setup process of Wiki is not very user-friendly hence needs improvement. Zoho Wiki is expensive if you purchase the premium packages for more than three users. Zoho Wiki also is unable to extract a few essential pieces of information from uploaded documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zoho Learn:

I would highly recommend others to give it at least one try. It has easy access through the browser; hence you do not need to install other software to access it. Zoho Wiki has helped expand our company portfolio by bringing forth a platform for sharing knowledge and content of our prospective clients and relevant industries: which has been achieved within our organization and by our sales partners and investors. We also use it for sharing documents and files associated with our sales and marketing campaigns so that all individuals connected to our organization have easy access to all the information they need without searching for it in their emails or hard drive.
