"Helps Me Organize My Clinical Notes and Teaching Content Efficiently"

What do you like best about Zoho Learn?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content where I explain topics in simple way. Zoho Learn helps me keep my notes and work in one place and in proper order. In my daily work I explain diet plans, patient guidance and health topics, so having my points ready helps a lot. I made manuals and added topics based on my work, so everything stays organised and easy to check.

It is easy to use, I did not take much time to understand it. I use it regularly while preparing my teaching content and also during clinic work. It has useful features like manuals and articles which helps me organise content step by step and use same notes again when needed.

Performance is good for my daily use, it runs smooth and I can open or edit notes without delay. Implementation was simple and it works fine with my system, so integration is not problem. I did not use customer support much. Overall it helps me manage my clinic work and content in simple way and keeps everything organised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Learn?

while writing longer notes, formatting is basic, so I need to adjust things manually to keep it clean. It is not a big issue, but for detailed content it takes little effort. One more thing I noticed is that when I open multiple topics one by one, it feels slightly slow sometimes, especially if internet is not stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Learn is solving the problem of my notes being in different places and repeated explanation in my daily work. Earlier my diet plans, patient guidance points and content ideas were not in one place, so I had to search again or think again while explaining. Now I keep everything in one place in organised way. I can quickly check my notes during clinic work or while preparing content, so it saves time and makes my explanation more clear.

It also helps me reuse same information for follow-ups and content without writing again. This makes my work more smooth and consistent in daily routine. During consultation also it helps because I can refer my points quickly without missing anything. Overall it reduce confusion and make my work little more easy to manage.
