Even though there are enough customizations for templates, at the end of the day it's limited. One cannot make and upload a completely new template. Automating Reports works, but one cannot customize the same. For example, for each customer, there will be multiple fields (Name, Address, GST, Invoice No, Date, etc), and one cannot limit what gets exported automatically. Although if one generated a report manually it shows options to filter out columns and then export it as it is displayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
