What do you like best about Zoho Books?

Easy to use, generates classy invoices (have enough options to customize Invoice/ Estimate templates), most importantly the cross-platform functionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Books?

Even though there are enough customizations for templates, at the end of the day it's limited. One cannot make and upload a completely new template.

Automating Reports works, but one cannot customize the same. For example, for each customer, there will be multiple fields (Name, Address, GST, Invoice No, Date, etc), and one cannot limit what gets exported automatically. Although if one generated a report manually it shows options to filter out columns and then export it as it is displayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Books solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease and ability to make invoices anywhere, while in the office or traveling. Also, one is not limited to having a PC around, Web access and mobile app does the job most often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
