What do you like best about Zoho Bookings?

What do you dislike about Zoho Bookings?

Some areas where I'd like to see further improvements are:

More customization options for booking pages and templates.

The ability to add video content directly within booking pages to better explain services or provide instructions to customers.

What problems is Zoho Bookings solving and how is that benefiting you?

phone calls required to coordinate meetings. It allows customers and community members to view available time slots, book appointments online, receive automatic confirmations and reminders, and reschedule when needed.

For our organization, this saves administrative time, reduces missed appointments, and provides a more professional experience for participants, volunteers, instructors, and clients. The integration with other Zoho applications also helps keep information organized and reduces manual data entry. Overall, it improves efficiency, communication, and customer experience.
