"Streamlines Slack Notifications and Helps Us Catch Up on Key Conversations"

What do you like best about Zivy?

I like how it helps us and the companies we have suggested the product to refine what they get the notification from on slack, and how they can sum up the conversation without needing to be active in the channels. It has also helped catching up with the personal conversations and helped alot finding where the team members need to be active and need important attention. What do you dislike about Zivy?

Since it is a fresh software, the downside I have seen and also reported was that it does not have a manual refresh button, that can left us out of the live notifications. We would think none has maybe mentioned us or need us, but in the back, they would, so we have to refresh the page ourselves that can make it hectic sometimes. The other downside is that it didnt had integration with MS Teams, which could potentially use this tool way more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zivy solving and how is that benefiting you?

So the key problem this tool solves for us is getting our attention where is actually needed. Also helping the users to catch up the conversation and help summarizing & building context on the conversation. The most amazing part, is the trigger feature, where if some keyword is mentioned, it will let us know so we can show up and perform what we need to do, and it also helps us organize the conversation by using keywords.
