"Zero Spam, Clean ERP Data—Zite’s Low-Maintenance Forms Integration"

What do you like best about Zite?

We use Zite mainly for forms embedded on our website that feed directly into our ERP. The big wins: spam on those forms has dropped to essentially zero, which has cleaned up the data flowing into the ERP and removed a real source of manual cleanup work.

Implementation was straightforward — connecting forms to the ERP was much faster than expected, with no custom glue code to maintain afterwards. And the support is genuinely fast and useful: real answers to real questions, not ticket-flow runaround. For a piece of infrastructure that sits between our website and our backend, it's been refreshingly low-maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zite?

Honestly, no major complaints — the tool does what we need it to do and stays out of the way, which is the highest bar for this kind of infrastructure.

If I had to pick something, it would be a few minor nice-to-haves rather than real pain points: more flexibility on pricing tiers for teams with variable submission volumes would be welcome, and slightly richer reporting/analytics on the submissions side would help spot patterns without exporting data elsewhere. But these are wishlist items, not blockers — nothing about Zite has actually gotten in the way of our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zite solves two related problems for us. The first is form spam: before integrating Zite, the forms on our website generated a steady flow of junk submissions that landed directly in our ERP, which meant manual triage every day to separate real leads from noise. That has effectively dropped to zero, which both saves time and means the data flowing into the ERP is trustworthy.

The second is the integration itself. Connecting web forms to an internal ERP usually involves middleware, custom scripts, or third-party automation tools that need ongoing maintenance. Zite handled that connection cleanly, so what would have been an ongoing engineering responsibility became a one-time setup.

The net benefit is operational: cleaner data pipeline into the ERP, no manual spam filtering, and one less moving part for the team to maintain. For a small operations setup, that's exactly the kind of leverage we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
