What do you like best about Zionodes?

The website provides a very tailored experience in which I can select my preferred miner and farm without any payment hassles. My miners had gone online within minutes of purchase on the marketplace, which is pretty impressive. I have never seen miners go online this quickly. It made it easier for me to trust Zionodes after my first purchase for this very reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zionodes?

My miners have gone offline for a day on occasion, for which I have been compensated, but I would prefer this not happen again. I just like the miners I own to be active at all times. It is good that my daily mining earnings were not affected, but it is a matter of preference, and I prefer my miners to be online at all times. Especially with crypto-related products, it drives a sense of insecurity when I see an exchange or miner hosting company 'under maintainance'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zionodes solving and how is that benefiting you?

I believe they are more 'customer oriented' because they ensure that the customer does not have a negative experience that may affect their profit/day or mining operation. My miners have gone offline occasionally, but they have always provided me with a replacement ASIC, ensuring that my profit/day is not affected. They even provided me with extended electricity (for the number of hours my miner was offline), this time when my miner was offline for a few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
