What do you like best about Zinit?

The structure it brings to what used to be a very manual process. In healthcare procurement, every step needs to be traceable, and Zinit makes that easy without slowing things down. I can run a full sourcing event, track supplier responses, and have everything documented without touching a spreadsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zinit?

I'd love more flexibility in how notifications are configured. Right now the alert settings are a bit one-size-fits-all, and when you're managing multiple events at once, a bit more control over what triggers a notification would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zinit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our sourcing process was scattered across email chains, shared drives, and manual tracking. Zinit pulled it all together. We cut our average event cycle from three weeks to just under one, and the quality of supplier responses improved because expectations were clearly set from the start.
