I, as a student and professional in IT who studies a lot, have always liked platforms that were objectives and load quickly. The Zinfi platform is one of these platforms.

We have had a rewarding experience using the platform. To highlight, the scope that it has and the ease with which the information is found, being in an organized and accessible way.

It provides automation functions that help the company focus on the business and obtain the right data to improve it and this can in turn be reflected in the user's overall practice.

At the time of practice in the test space, the Edge functions were reduced due to the lack of some interfaces.

ZINFI has been very helpful to me and my business because I can easily find the information that I need in the portal. It is also easy to navigate and user-friendly.

Zinfi is all good and I can't see any issues or any downside for this portal. No downside for Zinfi solutions, everthing is great and I can see myself using it in the long run

Zinfi solved my issues on engaging customers with my business. I really now can see the difference of my business performance especially on engaging the customers compared to when I was not using Zinfi solutions

What I like about the ZINFI platform or portal it is very user-friendly. In just one click, all the information  i need will be available, all contents are very informative and well explained. All we need as users like training, onboarding, enablement, and collaboration,  will be available in just one click.  It is just great to have this Zinfi platform.

Ive been using Zinfi so far there and there no reason for me to dislike about the solution. All is good for me. There is no reason for me to dislike Zinfi solution

The NetScout Portal, Helps me to meet our demand as a user. They have even recently added an instant rebate feature which is also helpful for our company with making more overall sales.

I am a director of a data and analytics consulting company. I have recently been invited to join a partner portal by one of our technology partners. 

Having lots of experience using many partner portals, this is one of the cleanest and easiest ones I've encountered. 

From the start of signing up, it was straightforward. It is easy to navigate, and the functionality for training courses and certification was excellent.

It is ease of use and user-friendly interface. As a partner, I gotta say, ZINFI's interface is way easier to use than other portals I've used. It has one page setup where you can do everything. You can just pick predefined customers and users.

**What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?**

I don't have any personal negative opinions or experiences other than not being able to use punctuation marks in the address field can be a bit frustrating. However, it's is not that important. Others might have other negative experiences.

It is not creating any problems and brings benefits to partner with:

1 - Easy Opportunity Management
2 - Sorted Deal Registration
3 - User-Friendly Interface

Zinfi is helpful in keeping track of my deals, collaborating with our sales team, sharing required information and also tracking the customers. It aslo very easy to use, has very simplified interface.

Communicating with your own team is the most useful thing that Zinfi solved for our team. We no longer need to identify customer needs or problems or who to contact. Everything is on the deal page.

I like that there are different categories in the navigation menu, as this saves time when searching for specific information.

For example, many times, I have had to search for information on a specific NetScout product, and the "Content Library" category has many subcategories that have allowed me to find the information I need, so if I search, for example, an official description of the "nGenius Decryption Appliance" I have to look for /Content Library/Products/Smart Visibility/nGEnius DEcryption Appliance/Quick Reference/" and a pdf will have the description of the product, this is repeated with each NetScout product

**What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?**

In the training module I can see the list of certifications I currently have and although some are expired when I try to log in I get a message that says "Insufficient privileges to access this module. Please request your system administrator for the required access.". It seems like I don't have a chance to renew my certifications, the same thing happens when I want to take a course I've already taken before, I get a "Completed" button even when the course is expired. I don't know if there is any document that explains how to renew my certifications, but at least I haven't found it.

All the official documentation is in summary format, quick guides can be found quickly, and the training of each NetScout product is on this platform. We have occupied the registration of opportunities and some resources in the Marketing section.

**What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?**

I had an experience on a Zinfi product made for Dynatrace, they did a portal where instead to access to a different web applications for different usage, we can use a single sign on access through the Unified Channel Management (UCM).
I liked this form to resume all services in one place, we could save time working, without turn around other page, and insert the credentials. This is not all, at top of the page there is a toolbar, where you can move through the different environment of service quickly, it should be the best choice to keep the user friendly clear, working on the portal it is a pleasure than last Dynatrace technology technology.

There is just a thing that I don't like, but should be just personal thought. There is an icon (lens)  a the top right corner, to search something in the site. When you click on it, a white menu cover almost all page, showing you just two options, a dropdown with a unique item choice (All), it is unnecessary according to me, and an input text search, if you write something it doesn't run, and the user it is not alert for an empty search, maybe it is a bug, but graphically i don't like a white page the cover all the site showing just two fileds.

Zinfi solved the problem to have a lots of different sites to access and manage services for the same company, we can spare time, with a unique access to a portal, made with Zinfi product (UCM).
With this solution we had a benefit, we avoided a stressful continue access to different site, even because we had different username and passwords, we reduce the effort to keep secure them or remember in different contest.
In my case this simple strategy, it has been more important, we can benefit every day, everytime.

I like the videos "how to do a demo", getting new knowledge to find a solution or remember a fine detail. Also, I want to see how long a course last; finding the information is excellent.
It is fabulous to get the certificates fast when I need them. Frequently have to share them with clients,

I like the interface; maybe for new users could be a good idea to point out the first steps in training.
When I see the videos in full screen, there is an elegant black frame, but I prefer a bigger view.

Solving technical doubts and improving skills demostrating the products. 
The product announcements help me be aware of the latest information. The webinar series on marketing also allowed me to get a business perspective and vocabulary to speak to all kinds of clients: technical or administrative.

Zinfi is very simple. No need to be a techy person to handle it. It has a very attractive user interface and is easy to learn. It is very interesting since time is the matter for all things, users can be familiar with the interface within minimal time.

I don't have special clues to say why I dislike Zinfi. I can say Zinfi is one of the best products I have ever used.

I have been using the Dynatrace portal, which is powered by Zinfi, for a number of years, and I can say it provides a user-friendly and smooth experience. The navigations, optimized searching functions, auto-filling options, and overall design of the page make working with the Dynatrace portal a pleasure.

Overall, I'm sure I speak for everyone when I state that ZINFI and its portal have nothing to be disliked. Most of its features are of the greatest quality, and it constantly provides a first-rate user experience.

The Portal is easy to use.

**What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?**

I have used the Dyntrace Portal, which is powered by ZINFI for a couple of years. So far, working on the portal has been nothing but hassle-free. Easy to use, easy to navigate, and all functionality is optimal and succinct in its nature. I usually use the platform for deal registrations and acquiring library resources and marketing material. The auto-fill function works better than most for fields you have come across before.

The design of the portal is very engaging and does not feel like the usual portals we interact with. It has great design with a professional but yet friendly feel. The search function that i came across in the library while searching for content, enabled me to quickly access different parts of what I was looking for and also making it easy to navigate and find my way back to previous folders. I like to look and feel as well as the ease of use.

**What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?**

I would neccessarily say that there is anything particularly wrong or that I dislike about ZINFI or the portal. Most of the functionality is pretty much of the highest professional standard. Although the only thing I did not particularly enjoy is the blue side bar that keeps popping up whenever you hover a mouse close to it. Nonetheless i still enjoy the ease of use and it provides me with all the info I need.

ZINFI provides the Dyantrace portal, which I use to handle my everyday dealings with the company. The portal makes processes much simpler and puts all the details and documentation needed in one unified accessible route. So for me it has made life much easier as opposed to exchanging emails and losing relevant documentation due to using many devices and not knowing how to locate certain things. This makes life much easy.

I am using ZINFI portal, through Dynatrace, I like the style that the developers have used, to project the site.
I could see immediately, the pattern 'software by design', every subject has been ordered on a pecific task,. Generally you can find site or platform, where the user is not able to look for information because it's too complicated, instead in this case, I like how they have divided themes, scrolling down the informations, you follow a meaning, so i think this choice has been correctly interpreted.

**What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?**

I dislike the thing that you cannot use all browsers, infact it doesn't run correctly using Mozilla Firefox, according to me a product like this should be used on all browsers, for this case I had to download Google chrome, even if I don't prefer this web browser.

I like overall the user interface, because, the engineer have used a good balance with the colors.
Technically, i have noticed a good navigation on the top menu bar, where you can jump by one content to another, and come back quickly to your business goal, without go out by the platform and lose time.
I work evry day on this portal for my job, I could appreciate the style on all sections!

I do not have a lot of experience on this provider, because I have always worked with this kind of provider, according to my little experience, ZINFI on Dynatrace portal could improve the 'News & Announcement'section, because the reader could lost without a order, in  my case i don't have a look for new news, i would like to advise to put a sorted rank by most important or by descendent date.

In other cases i wasn't updated about webinars and courses, usually we get a lot of spam emails, and we do not know about organized course by Dynatrace.
In this case on the portal there is a section that you can see even live webinars, and according to me, ZINFI helped us on this problem, we could stay always updated, wihtout lose course.
The section is placed on the main page, so, as soon as you do login, you have a clear sight.

This site is very practical from the start of the session, with the use of each of the sections it presents. The structure of the site is quite intuitive for use and user experience. The presentation of the information on the site is adequate to what was sought, and its entire color scheme is visually pleasing.

When checking the content of the site, I notice that some content is updated very infrequently. Another issue I've found is that sometimes the site takes a long time to load and display content, and when validating with the browser's debugger mode, there are some error references when loading certain resources, especially libraries. Sometimes, when clicking on some links in the menu bar, the site does not respond, and you have to reload the page (on Mozilla Firefox browser updated to 112.01).

I know the quality of ZINFI's work through the use of the Dynatrace Partner Portal, which I find easy to use, performance efficient, and appropriately designed.   The navigation is simple which allows you to easily identify the topics and actions that are of interest.   The filling of forms is simple and specific which allows you to complete it in a short time.   The content manager or knowledge base is easy to access, the contents are well structured with a very intuitive search engine.  Sales support documentation topics are easy to understand and use.

**What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?**

From my perspective it should be improved in Spanish content and in predefined dashboards since they help in the demos and customer support.  Additionally, I believe that they should prepare sales presentation documents in Spanish.

I think that the portal needs the multilanguage capacity that brings to the non english language public the posibility that access and know the contenents of the portal

ZINFI  exceeded my expectations on how they design user interfaces for their client. It is easier to locate what we want to check on the user interface since it is well organized and categorized. The UI is also user-friendly. The visuals/pictures are well-balanced with the texts, making the user explore the website. The page is also very informative, especially regarding the partner training series. There's also a Partner Sales tool, which is very helpful, especially for non-technical users who want a refresher. Job well done for ZINFI Team!

The texts are a bit larger; maybe you can make them smaller. Since most users have internet access, Perhaps you can also add a demo website where users can access the demo GUI anytime, anywhere, at the office or in their own home.

Allows vendors to manage their channel and partnership programs,, sales policies, and resources, are few prominent features. Assist organizations to automate business functions for partners which helps in improving productivity.

A very simple and easy-to-use interface.

Probably a single sign-on feature for different modules is required; apart from this, i don't see any other area, i am very much satisfied with most of the tool

ZINFI has made the NetScout portal very intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and get the information I need with just a few clicks. The contents are well-organized and the platform structure looks very promising.

**What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?**

The size of the NetScout portal's layout and texts by default looks a bit large and zoomed in. I would suggest making them slightly smaller. Although this is not much of a problem since I can simply adjust the zoom settings of my browser to make the layout and texts comfortable to my liking.
