What do you like best about Zimyo?

I appreciate Zimyo for its configurable onboarding form builder, which allows our consultants to quickly build custom compliance forms without needing coding knowledge. The flexible tool speeds up document preparation, which is crucial since we don't have dedicated IT staff. I also rely on Zimyo’s customizable candidate application workflows and form-building module. These tools let us tailor application checklists and add mandatory fields specific to our clients’ hiring projects, removing repetitive manual form edits and reducing prep time. What do you dislike about Zimyo?

Zimyo’s reporting outputs are pretty rigid and can't be adjusted for our client-specific recruitment metrics. We can't generate filtered reports showing specific data like safety-acknowledgement completion rates for our manufacturing hiring projects. It also doesn't have native CRM integration, so we end up manually copying report data, which is extra work during fast-paced hiring cycles. Also, Zimyo occasionally has slow file uploads when we bulk-import large batches of candidate resumes, and it offers limited options for sharing partial project data with third-party recruiters. To improve Zimyo, consider enhancing the flexibility of reporting outputs to accommodate client-specific metrics and integrating native CRM functionalities.
