I deploy Zimyo for seasonal ride attendant rostering, frontline staff attendance tracking, and temporary hire onboarding at our leisure park. I appreciate how it replaced disjointed paper timesheets and scattered Excel rosters, resolving our attendance tracking issues. The automated clock-in validation is great as it eliminates buddy punching errors for ride attendants and catering staff. I find the offline attendance recording function game-changing for areas with weak mobile reception, as it captures shift records even without internet. Segmented user data storage helps us adhere to DSGVO requirements, preventing casual employee data leaks. Automated overtime summaries really save my operations team from manual tallying, especially when finalizing monthly payroll for park staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the system lacks native DATEV payroll export compatibility for German payroll processing. We experience issues with the dashboard translations, as the inconsistent German translation messes up DSGVO-compliant report headers. Also, bulk shift schedule edits lag heavily during peak holiday seasons when we adjust dozens of seasonal ride attendants’ rosters at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
