What problems is Zimbra Collaboration Enterprise Collaboration solving and how is that benefiting you?

As someone working in the customer support field, I’m in a high-volume, customer-facing role, and we need tools that help us handle requests efficiently. Zimbra offers several features that make our work easier.

One of the biggest benefits is faster responses. We use Zimlets, which are mini apps that live inside the email client, and they help streamline what we do day to day.
