What do you like best about Zest?

Zest has transformed how we approach Ecommerce gifting, The platform is really intuitive and beautifully designed and it also takes care of all the complexity. We no longer need to manually create addresses or manage spreadsheets to conduct gifting programs. The Dashboard provides real-time visibility into redemptions, engagement and ROI. What do you dislike about Zest?

While the platform is quite smooth, we'd want to see more direct interfaces with CRMs such as Salesforce and Hubspot, even if we can work around it using the link-based method Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zest solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zest eliminates the manual labor and coordination often connected with gifting. Instead of chasing addresses, uploading CSVs, or dealing with one-time shipping difficulties, we can send hundreds of personalised gifts with a few clicks. This has saved our team hours of administrative time and enabled us to expand our giving initiatives, particularly for customer gratitude, employee rewards and event follow-ups.
