What do you like best about Zeotap CDP?

I like the ease of integration of Zeotap CDP with Google, as we have most of our data there. Our fundamental piece from which we ingest a good part of the data into Zeotap is Google BigQuery, hence this part adds so much value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zeotap CDP?

Fixing a modification in data ingestion, such as the lack of data for a specific day, is cumbersome to manage, with support tickets, waiting, doing it in another language... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
