What do you like best about Zentesimal?

The balance between a very efficient product and how close I can be with the team to work on a result focused strategy onboarding deep and complex challenges with AI is absolutely amazing.

A very intuitive and conversational user interface that will drive you through seemless integrations with my current tools and work consistently to create powerfull AI workers that not only reduce my costs of operation as a great investment in scalling but harness AI to avoid allucinations delivering top performance AI workers. What do you dislike about Zentesimal?

I can´t see one thing to highlight as a dislike, since from the beginning the experience has been so powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zentesimal solving and how is that benefiting you?

From the Customer Experience view, AI is very complex. Affecting the CSAT, performance and personalization is always a challenge, specially when support is focused on professionals and deeper knowledge and understanding is required.

As the company grew, scalability became an issue, number of customers grew and conversations did also, and the only way to solve this was adding headcount.

Yet customers valued human interactions, so we needed to be really careful on the AI implementation.

Not only we solved scalability on the team, regulated agent workload, but managed to deliver high quality results, even generating high revenue in Sales, and equalizing the results from the human team, and transforming this human team in AI specialists that work now on Zentesimal, so team was not reduced, it was specialized and transformed as AI Enabled Specialists.
