1) Sometimes there is dependency on external provider which should be avoided/

What problems is ZenSar Managed Workplace Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

This has helped us to reduce IT setup complexity. We being a SMB it was quite a bit of overhead for managing IT environment with diverse hardware, software, licenses and networking. Zensar manages services has significantly simplified it for us and was even cost effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
