Changes will be made without notification which affects the functionality of the product. We have had more than one functionality be affected from "deployed fixes" and they have been unable to restore previous functionality and the responses has been "this is how it works now". **What problems is Crunchtime Ops Execution solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zenput allows us to establish task based objectives. Sometimes these RAM would only visit a store once a month so there would be a month full of forms to review. Not so productive. Zenput forms are digital so these forms could be reviewed instantly. We struggle with the rigidity of the system about 10% of the time.
