I like how Zeni automates many of our tasks, like reconciling transactions and categorizing bank transactions without any manual intervention. This has made our month-end close much quicker, taking just a day instead of weeks, and greatly improved our error detection process thanks to the system flagging mismatches. The real-time dashboard is also a fantastic feature because it keeps us updated on our financial position daily without needing to construct outdated spreadsheets. The AI sometimes categorizes one-time expenses incorrectly. A consulting fee might get sorted into contractor services when it should be professional fees. I catch these mismatches during review.
