This automation makes it easy since I don't have to manually input details, just double-check the information before making payments. The daily book reconciliation feature is also a key benefit for us. Additionally, the support from their dedicated finance team, which combines automated software with expert financial guidance from bookkeeping managers and controllers, is very helpful. One issue with Zeni is the AI engine sometimes flags partial invoice receipts as duplicate bills, which requires manual review by our accounting manager.
