What do you like best about Zeni Growth?

What I like best about Zeni Growth is its smooth quote‑to‑invoice conversion and self‑service custom‑field builder, which bring real convenience for our small‑batch food manufacturing business. Our sales team drafts detailed line‑item wholesale quotes for partners like **Brooklyn Artisan Grocers**, and once a deal gets confirmed, I can turn that quote into a formal invoice in a single click. Before we had this tool, I spent hours copying pricing details from spreadsheets over to invoices, and I once pasted wrong unit pricing that caused confusion with our client. I’m also able to build custom fields for ingredient supplier lead‑times and delivery windows all by myself, no external consultant required. My main pain points with Zeni Growth are spotty CSV import behaviour, very limited native integrations and missing report‑saving functionality, which create extra manual labour for our operations workload. When I imported updated vendor datasets for **North East Grain Co.**, I cleaned up my source CSV thoroughly, yet critical lead‑time values disappeared silently. There was no clear error log telling me which rows failed. I only caught the issue before our weekly production planning meeting, otherwise we would have misjudged ingredient arrival timelines and risked halting small‑batch food manufacturing. It only ships native connectors for payment gateways; there are no pre‑built links for our cloud‑document storage or marketing tool. I have to run manual CSV exports constantly and perform manual spot‑checks. On one occasion, I almost used an outdated exported dataset when updating records for **Brooklyn Artisan Grocers**. There are zero pre‑built templates tailored for food production, and I cannot save my frequently‑used wholesale payment report filters. Data lived in separate places for sales, operations and our accounting group, creating dangerous data silos.
