What do you like best about ZenFlip?

Customer support is excellent, both with the platform's AI support and email support with an actual person. Emails for support on usability or troubleshooting are answered very quickly and company is very open to suggestions on added features/improvements.

Price is very reasonable for features.

What do you dislike about ZenFlip?

No option to override the preselected voice as the voice comes from the user's existing accessibility settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZenFlip solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Zenflip keeps users on our website vs directing them to another website that previously hosted the pdf's we were using. The audio reader built in to Zenflip was the #1 reason we chose this product as we were looking for a book that had an audio player to support those with different learning challenges (eg listening to the book vs reading the book)/.
