The Zendesk support team is great but their hands are tied due to some ridiculous accounting practices which game you into having to renew your subscription when you no longer use the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unethical billing practices make canceling your subscription very difficult. Account managers don't respond and when you cancel your account they ignore the requests.
