What do you dislike about ZellisONE?

That we have to wait till end of year to move to Zellis one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZellisONE solving and how is that benefiting you?

It can be hard to get non-IT employees to use the system, especially those who are difficult to reach, but moving them onto it is important. Enabling employees to use AI helps them serve better and work more effectively. It also gives management a clearer understanding of the business, overall performance, and what solutions may be needed in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
