What do you like best about Zeeg?

What I like best is the simple and intuitive operation. The interface is very clear, you quickly find your way around and need hardly any training.

What is particularly positive for me is that functions and processes can be quickly adapted to your own needs. Whether it's scheduling appointments, email functions, or a phone AI assistant – many things are easy to set up and can be flexibly configured.

What do you dislike about Zeeg?

So far, I haven't noticed anything really negative. However, in some places, the documentation could be a bit more detailed, especially if you want to delve deeper into specific functions or individual customizations.

What problems is Zeeg solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, the greatest added value lies primarily in the phone AI assistant. It takes over many recurring tasks, answers calls in a structured manner, captures relevant information, and can also assist with scheduling appointments if needed.

What is particularly helpful for me is that the assistant's behavior can be very specifically controlled via the AI prompt. This allows me to precisely determine which information it should query, which statements are allowed, and which boundaries it must strictly adhere to.
