What do you like best about Zeeg?

Zeeg has been a game-changer for me! I can put in my availability and it populates my schedule with appointments. I will not allow for scheduling conflicts. I can easily update to reflect unique situations as they come up. It is very well designed and has saved me so much time in back-and-forth exchanges with clients over scheduling. What do you dislike about Zeeg?

I only had one problem with Zeeg, and they were so responsive, they immediately fixed it! They were asking me about my availability in AM/PM (12-hour) time, which was my preference, but then in my list of chosen options they appeared in 24-hour time which took me a few moments to calculate as I was looking at the list. So I asked them if that could appear in 12-hour time and they changed it within just a couple days! I was really impressed with how responsive they were to a customer suggestion. What problems is Zeeg solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used to spend a lot of time emailing or telling clients when they could see me. I would give them a list of options, and by the time they got back to me, the one they wanted was sometimes taken! With Zeeg, I just give clients my link and they set it up themselves. I have nothing but positive comments from my clients since I switched to using Zeeg, and it has really saved me time and effort.
