I love ZarMoney for its real-time, automated US multi-state sales tax compliance, which eliminates tax guesswork and fines. This is my top favorite feature and a huge differentiator, as it turns a high-risk, manual task into a set-it-and-forget-it safeguard. I also appreciate ZarMoney being an all-in-one financial and inventory hub that eliminates the need for siloed tools and double-entry, allowing for real-time profit visibility. It’s a game-changer for teams with product resale or partner models, like mine. The initial setup is surprisingly straightforward for US-based SMBs, requiring no advanced accounting or technical skills, and it is designed to get you up and running quickly with core financial, inventory, and US compliance functionality. It conveniently aligns with US-market defaults, which cuts down on guesswork and manual configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There’s no ability to create custom dashboards or ad-hoc reports—you’re limited to pre-built templates with fixed metrics. For my business, this means I can’t build a dedicated dashboard for MioDatos partner revenue/profit margins (e.g., tracking revenue per partner, commission costs, and net profit from partner campaigns in one view) or segment inventory costs by product line/partner resale program. I also can’t customize report date ranges beyond basic monthly/quarterly/annual, or export reports in advanced formats (e.g., pivot tables for Excel) without manual reformatting. Even basic KPI tracking (e.g., cash flow forecast vs. actuals) is clunky and requires manual calculations outside the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
