I really like collaborating with ZAPTA Technologies for developing our internal chatbot using AI. Their LLM integration expertise is quite valuable, as they have already integrated OpenAI LLM into other platforms, which we utilized for our support assistance. This has significantly reduced our support staff workload from 80 to 50. The chatbot integrates well with our existing systems and handles common queries efficiently.
