I learned the Zappi interface in no time and was able to run my own tests on day one—it’s very user-friendly. Tests are fielded quickly (results in days, not weeks), and the way the data is organized on the back end is presentation-ready. It’s not a custom research tool; it’s really a set of tools designed to evaluate specific things—ad stimuli, concepts, and similar items—so you can’t use it for everything.
