What do you like best about Zappi?

I love the different formats we can use to launch surveys, like Screen-it and Ask Anything. There’s also a lot of detail about the audiences we’re able to reach, which makes it easier to target the right people. Overall, it helps me drive more insights than other platforms. What do you dislike about Zappi?

The main thing I’d like to see added is an overview of the survey results. I really like having all the individual charts that we can dive into, but an overview would provide an extra layer of context and detail. It would also be helpful to be able to view the images used in the questions while looking at the results. For example, if a survey is about product designs, the answers may only list a model number, so when I’m creating summaries I have to go back to the images on my computer and match everything up. What problems is Zappi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zappi is helping drive insights into our product design concepts and giving us a deeper understanding of the product’s features and benefits before we go into PLRs with customers or move into production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
