What do you like best about ZAP~POST?

Collaborate tool, to create the campaign, with some custom fields and create the design. Sending was simple - selected a date to send from inside the app. No price surprises - 'as it said on the tin'. All the data cleaning was done for us too, and they manage the returns. What do you dislike about ZAP~POST?

At the time, there was only one option in terms of template - the "Zap-Impact" an oversized postcard. I can see more online now. Uploading recipient data took me some time, probably because my data set was a bit all over the place! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZAP~POST solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted another channel as PPC was delivering poor results at a cost that made no sense to us and email open rates declining further. It needed to be easy, and was easy to send a campaign out to all our customers in the UK which worked out at a far better return than PPC and better engagement than email too.
