"Zalena Made Us 24/7 for Bookings and Customer Service"

What do you like best about Zalena?

My business, Geek Square, has been using Zalena for the last six months, and it has helped us a lot with customer service, appointment bookings, customer reminders, staff management, and job allocation. Basically, we’re now available 24/7 for customer inquiries and booking requests. It even books appointments while we sleep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zalena?

Initially, they didn’t have the Zalena Mobile App, so we had to log into the web app for customer callbacks, appointment confirmations, and similar tasks. Recently, though, they launched a mobile app as well, which has made our job even easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zalena solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it to capture leads and answer customer calls while we’re on a job or after hours. It can automatically book appointments and handle common questions about pricing, guarantees, or services.
