What do you like best about Zakii AI?

I honestly feel like I just hired a full-time employee for pennies since I started using Zakii AI.

It handles all my leads across every single channel, keeps up with follow-ups, and actually gets our dealership's inventory and policies.

The best part? I can jump in and take control whenever I want. I can even "whisper" to the AI on what to say next if I want to guide the conversation. Plus, it pings me right when I need to step in and take action.

What do you dislike about Zakii AI?

The biggest downside is that it can't handle trade-in details.

Whenever a customer wants to talk about a trade-in, the AI just bounces them over to the human team. Since every used car trade is different, Zakii can't value it or get into the weeds, so those conversations always get kicked back to us to handle manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zakii AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit is that it totally solves the timing problem.

Instead of waiting hours or until the next morning to reply to a lead from CarGurus or other sources, Zakii responds immediately. That instant response is absolute gold—it answers all their questions right on the spot and locks down the appointment while they're still actively looking and hot.
