What do you like best about Zabbix?

What I like most about Zabbix is its powerful monitoring capabilities, flexibility, and centralized infrastructure visibility. It allows me to monitor Linux and Windows servers, network devices, CPU, memory, disk usage, services, and application performance from a single dashboard. I particularly appreciate its customizable dashboards, alerting system, templates, and SNMP monitoring capabilities. The ability to create custom monitoring items and triggers makes it highly adaptable to different infrastructure requirements. What do you dislike about Zabbix?

One area where Zabbix could improve is its initial configuration and learning curve. Setting up custom templates, complex triggers, dashboards, and advanced monitoring items can require considerable technical knowledge. Sometimes troubleshooting incorrect item configurations and fine-tuning alert thresholds also takes time. The reporting and dashboard customization process could be more intuitive for administrators managing large infrastructures. What problems is Zabbix solving and how is that benefiting you?
