What do you like best about YPrime eCOA?

The software is easy to use for staff and study subjects. Confirmation reports are concise and prompt. Frequent updates have continued to improve usability. Support desk is professional and knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YPrime eCOA?

Not too many issues. Password resets that have to be done so not seem to carry from the web portal to the eCOA so having to reset them again takes a little extra time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is YPrime eCOA solving and how is that benefiting you?
