What do you like best about YouCanBookMe?

I love that You Can Book Me (YCBM) continuously works to upgrade it's systems for a refreshed interface and a better user experience. The YCBM interface is easy to setup and allows for easy calendar integration for Google or iCloud users. You can manage how many days/weeks out clients book appointments, how many appointments they can book, the spacing between appointments, duration of appointments, time zones can be automatically detected, your own personal events can be placed on your calendar so that those times cannot be booked as well. I loved that you could have reminders sent to your clients via text messages an hour or so before the appointment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YouCanBookMe?

It can take a bit of time up front to really get things setup correctly and to know that you have your appointments and bookings in the correct fashion. I feel this is a normal issue, however, as with anything, you may not know what you want exactly until you are in the thick of your work flow. The positive thing is that you can make changes to things on the fly and it can be resolved. Pricing seemed to always be increasing and that was a bit of a bummer. Also, it seems as though the credit system is a bit hard to work out at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is YouCanBookMe solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to schedule out phone appointments and virtual meetings using You Can Book Me. I love that it allows my clients the autonomy to schedule whenever they like, without a back and forth email about availability. I love that it is less formal that Outlook and does not require that clients or customers all be included in the company directory to have access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
