What do you like best about York IE?

What we liked best about York IE was that they took the time to understand our business before building anything. They didn't push a generic solution. They listened, asked thoughtful questions, and built around how we actually operate.

We also appreciated their availability and responsiveness. When we needed direction or changes, they were available and hands on. It felt like a real partnership, not just a vendor relationship.

What do you dislike about York IE?

To be honest, we didn't have issues with York IE. Most of the challenges we encountered were on our end. Custom development requires input, fast feedback, and organization. When delays occurred, they were due to us figuring out exactly what we wanted and changing direction along the way as we learned more about what we needed.

What problems is York IE solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before working with York IE, we were managing inventory and shipments manually. Handwritten notes, whiteboards, paper logs. It worked when we were smaller, but as we grew it created inefficiencies. It slowed down decision making, increased the risk of errors, and made it difficult to clearly see what was moving through our operation.

York IE helped us build a system that replaced that manual process with real time tracking, automated shipment loading, and clear reporting. What used to require multiple people coordinating across different tools became structured and reliable.

The benefit has been visibility and control. We now know exactly what is in our warehouse, what is shipping, and how it connects to revenue.
