They actually understand both sides of search. A lot of agencies say they do "AI SEO," but when you dig into it, it is just regular SEO with a new label. The YOOM team genuinely thinks about how Google ranks pages and how ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity choose what to cite, and they treat those as connected problems instead of two separate workstreams. The other thing that stood out is that the work is implementation focused. They ship the schema changes, write the content, restructure the pages, and explain why each piece matters in plain language. Communication is direct, the strategy is clear, and they push back when an idea is not going to move the needle, which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They are a focused team, so if you want to throw a huge volume of work at them all at once, you will need to phase it. They will be honest about what they can deliver in a given window rather than overcommit, which is a good thing, but if you are coming from a bigger agency that just absorbs everything and then under delivers, expectations need to be set early. Their reporting also leans more on actual visibility lift than on long monthly dashboards. That works fine for me, but if you are someone who needs a 30 page PDF every month with vanity metrics, ask about that upfront so the format is agreed before you start.
