"Yonovo helped us put our AR on Autopilot"

What do you like best about Yonovo?

We've been using Yonovo and it was amazing! we can track easily the customer aging. Having the AR inbox is useful because Yonovo emails us when we need to review a follow up, otherwise its taking care of our AR on autopilot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yonovo?

Sometimes the AI doesn't draft the best responses to a customers question regarding a follow up. This means I sometimes need to spend an extra minute to edit the reply. This only happens for like 5% of cases, rest of the time its very accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Yonovo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its taking care of all the manual work of sending reminders to our customers. Before, we used to do it manually or through the generic Quickbooks- however we found that wasn't the most effective or great use of our time. So we save about 5 hours a week on follow ups alone because now its automated. The fact that they have sms, voice and whatsapp is great because before we used to only email our customers. But sometimes the worst paying customers need a multi channel approach. So far the main value add is that we are saving a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
