What do you like best about Yo MaaS (Marketing-as-a-Service)?

Yo Maas is truly a partner, we can come to them with real challenges, we get to meet with the leadership to work through our challenges. With the Yo Maas platform, it's a nice checkpoint to keep seeing what we need to fix and gauge where we are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yo MaaS (Marketing-as-a-Service)?

Overall I really have no complaints. We were assigned our own AE who meets with us weekly and really understands everything we are doing. Nick is amazing, and then we also meet with Adrian, the founder every month. I like this balance a lot. They are on top of what needs to be done and they are the ones to follow up with us. What problems is Yo MaaS (Marketing-as-a-Service) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't have much of an internal marketing team, so our website constantly needs to evolve. They are monitoring our website to see where there are gaps, dead ends, incomplete areas, links that don't go anywhere and having us work together to fix it. They make their own edits to our website as well. They use AI to find the fixes quickly as well as suggest edits, but they are always adding in their own expertise. Yo Maas has a good balance, though they use AI, they are making sure the final working or suggestions are their inputs and expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
