What do you like best about Yelp Guest Manager?

I like that it lets users wait where they want, so it doesn't crowd our waiting space. We have an ice cream parlor at the front of our restaurant, and if people are waiting for tables it gets really chaotic and confusing up front. It's really user friendly. What do you dislike about Yelp Guest Manager?

The app times out very quickly and requires us to log in each time we use it, adding time to the process of adding a customer to the waitlist and sending them on their way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
