We engaged Yellow Fin Digital services to help us with the mobile application development project so that we are able to reach a wider range of customers from different locations and also customers with different operating systems on their devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about YellowFin Digital?

What I liked the most was the level of professionalism the team had from the first meeting we had with them. More so they were able to provide us with a quick response the moment we reached out to them. As an upside, I would say this helped so much to bring transparency in the project and also confidence that the app development project was going to be done within the expected time frame. I liked also that their mobile app developers have exceptional knowledge of Java which helped a lot in terms of customization they allowed us to give them a lot of information to be included in our application because they knew they were able to create anything no matter how much complex our ideas were. What problems is YellowFin Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating an application that was compatible with every device was our main problem since we used to receive comments about how our application had issues on certain devices and also we could not create an application that was location-based which made our numbers of customer engagement drop drastically. Since we decided to call Yellowfin digital services every problem was fixed at the end of the project since they created for us a compatible application which made our customer engagement numbers grow so much and we also never received any complaints on compatibility issues because of their Java expertise.
