I love how Yellowfin is easily adoptable for both business users (grad and drop reporting) and developers (javascript charts in 7.3+). Yellowfin has grown to a level where customization or white-labeling is not an issue, and the experience just keeps getting better with the newer versions. I used to be sad that support tickets had to wait until the next days because of the time difference from Australia to the US, but now that they have a stateside support team I have very little to complain about. Recommendations to others considering Yellowfin BI: Consider this offering first on the quality of support you will receive. Second, consider this offering based on it's ease of use and flexibility.
