What do you like best about Yellow Box.?

I like best that Yellow Box has a great customer support squad. Directly on their website is an appointment calendar in which you can schedule a near date with one of their tech team members. No need to call and wait days for a response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yellow Box.?

Because Yellow Box is newer, there is some to be desired. They could use some added features which other competitive marketing tools have. I'd also like to see faster turnaround time for data points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Yellow Box. solving and how is that benefiting you?

Yellow Box addresses all of the unknown variables in our business. It fills in the gaps with data points, KPIs, contacts, emails and calls, and milestones. The unknown isn't as scary anymore, since Yellow Box has been there for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
